At Vice & Virtue, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to make things right. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at

    within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

  • Eligible Products: We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.
